Make Disciples is a practice-based discipleship model that seeks to connect the needs of people with The Way, The Truth and The Life of Jesus. We offer a suite of training options for churches, charities and individuals who are seeking to grow in Christian discipleship.
-
We offer training for churches, youth workers, volunteers, charities and other faith-based organisations.
-
Yes, both! You can use Make Disciples in one-to-one conversations, small groups, talks/sermons, in schools, youth groups, and much more!
-
The Make Disciples approach was first developed by The Souster Youth Trust in their work with young people aged 11-18 in Northamptonshire. The core principles that underpin the approach are relevant for any age.
-
We offer both locally available in-person training in Northamptonshire and online training options. You can also book for us to come to you for a taster training or training weekend, subject to availability.
-
Unfortunately we are unable to provide any accreditation at this time. A certificate of attendance will be sent to you by email following completion of the Weekend training and Deep Dive experiential training.
-
The discipleship approach encapsulated in Make Disciples is applicable for a wide variety of contexts. The resource that is available through the Deep Dive experiential training embeds a range of Christian spiritual practices that transcend traditional denominational lines.
-
The Make Disciples approach was first shaped and piloted by members of The Souster Youth Trust team, with support from the international author and theologian Mark Scandrette.
